$600 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!

6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m (Full-time)
11:15 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. (Full-time)
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (32 hrs./biweekly)
6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (32 hrs./biweekly)
11:15 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. (30 hrs./biweekly)

About the Dietary Aide Position:
If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be a job for you! The Dietary Aide participates in all aspects of meal service in Monticello Skilled Care and Personal Care areas, including food preparation, service, and clean-up in accordance with established regulations and facility policies and procedures. Safe food handling, correct portion size, and quality service techniques for the dining room and room trays will be followed. He/she ensures that food is attractive and palatable and is served in correct portion sizes at proper temperatures according to physician-specified diet orders.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet established time deadlines and the needs of the department
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must have a genuine interest in working with the elderly, including those with disabilities and special needs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team
- Unless hired for a pool position, Must be able to work a schedule that includes every other weekend.
- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for long periods; endure high heat, high humidity levels, and high noise levels; have the ability to bend, reach and grasp, and lift 40 pounds.
