Position Summary
The Dietary Aide III is a collaborative opportunity on our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients, families and visitors have the best possible nutritional health care experiences.
Responsibilities
You will process meal orders and monitor diet orders for appropriate menu modifications
You will maintain accuracy between patient trays, visiting patients, delivery, and pick-up of patient meal trays
You will collaborate with a team of Nursing staff, Doctors, Clinical Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians, and other department staff to provide optimal nutrition care for patients
You will engage in a variety of consistent and routine functions with excellent customer service
You will utilize an understanding of special dietary needs
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Two-year degree in Nutrition preferred
Current Washington State Food Handlers Card
Minimum six (6) months experience in a customer service oriented position preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.53 - $29.71 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
