- Monday - Friday (3pm - 11pm)
- Must be available to work these hours

- Must have a reliable source of transportation

We recognize that one of the most important moments in a resident's day is mealtime. A Cook/Dietary Aide's primary responsibility is to act as a responsible, reliable, attentive, and cheerful team member who can serve as an aide or cook, prepare, and serve meals that feed the heart and soul.
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Set up the dining room and serve residents
- Assist the cook team in the preparation and service of meals and beverages using specific procedures
- Maintain strict sanitation and quality standards
- Store food safely and hygienically while working to prevent food spoilage
- Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures
- Clean assigned dining and food preparation areas using mandated procedures and following set schedules
- Wash dishes and utensils according to the required standards of practice
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Desired Experience and Education
- Training provided
- Must have or obtain Food Handler's Card (We can help!)
- One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment preferred
