Job Title: AM Shift Dietary Aide

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated AM Shift Dietary Aide to join our team at McKinley Park Care Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and serving, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, including cutting, chopping, and assembling ingredients
• Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents according to their dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup tasks
• Follow all food safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dietary staff to ensure smooth meal service
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dietary aide or similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
• Availability to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and a passion for serving others
