Dietary Aide - Gracy Woods Nursing Center

The Dietary Aide works along with the dietary manager to prepare meals.Must be able to read and write english. The aide also assists in cleaning up, kitchen maintenance and setting up and  breaking down the dining areas. Other job duties include delivering food to  trays to designated halls, preparing and serving snacks, and taking inventory of food and kitchen supplies. Follows the cleaning schedule ; Cleans equipment and work area after each use; Sweeps and mops kitchen floor as assigned;Takes trash to dumpster.
