Requirements:

• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment, lawn and garden machinery, and related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication. Ability to repair diesel tractors up to 700 horsepower.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify hydraulic/electrical issues and potential problems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and hours worked.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an agricultural, diesel, or lawn/garden technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience preferred.
