In this hands-on position, you'll:
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspections, and light to medium repairs on our impressive fleet of tractors, trailers, and diesel engines
- Collaborate with experienced technicians, assisting in diagnostics and repairs that require advanced expertise
- Uphold strict compliance with DOT and company guidelines through meticulous attention to detail
- Master the art of efficient turnaround times while maintaining quality workmanship
- Contribute to seamless operations by accurately documenting repairs and parts usage

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while prioritizing safety

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of purchasing experience in maintenance/fleet operations 5+ years using TMW, TMT or similar high-level maintenance management systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information professionally Experience leading and developing teams in a hands-on management role Working knowledge of quality programs such as ISO 9001
