About the Role: Our Mechanic Technician is responsible for maintaining the mobile equipment fleet, ensuring readiness of heavy construction, automotive, and mechanical machinery, primarily diesel readymix concrete trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
