Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience servicing and repairing diesel equipment, including trucks, flatbed and lowboy trailers, CAT, Cummins, Detroit, and Allison engines, as well as heavy-duty forklifts. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craft and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered equipment, including trucks, trailers, engines, and forklifts.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (10+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in working with CAT, Cummins, Detroit, and Allison engines.
- Experience with heavy-duty forklifts and transport equipment such as flatbed and lowboy trailers.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
