We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our fleet of vehicles and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

Our Ideal Diesel Mechanic:

• Experienced: 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic for equipment or fleet vehicles, preferably in the construction or paving industry. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various machinery and vehicles. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus.
• Certifications/Licenses: An Inspection License and automotive or heavy equipment repair certifications are preferred but not required. A CDL is a plus but not required.
• Safety-minded: Committed to performing quality work that ensures the safety of our crews.
• Active: Able to climb, bend, kneel, lift 50 lbs., & perform the work related to repair and maintenance for trucks, equipment, and trailers.
• Dependable: Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
• Team Player: Driven to contribute to the team. Good people skills. Humble. Enjoys being part of a team and working with others.
