SUMMARY:

This position will challenge you to a variety of disciplines focused on vehicle calibration and engine control systems. Your initiative and motivation will enable you to broaden your prior experience and skill set. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, plan and deliver Engine Calibration Development and Testing
• Conduct chassis/engine emission testing activities, including detailed analysis of test results
• Optimize calibrations to achieve tailpipe emissions, FE and drivability targets
• Prepare technical reports, papers and presentations
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to adapt, integrate and work well with others is essential
• Maintain a specialist working knowledge of new technologies as appropriate to the role
• Mentor junior engineers to assist in their technical career development
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Must act safely and be responsible for the safety of others around the work area
• Maintain awareness of and meet the requirements of the Company Quality System
