We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our talented team in our Sebring location. As a Die Setter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining precision dies for our metal stamping operations, ensuring top-quality products every time.

What You'll Do:
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot 100450-ton mechanical presses tied to metal stamping.
- Maintain dies in the press to ensure optimal performance and production.
- Once the tooling is set, they will obtain first piece verification on all initial run parts/jobs.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to maintain high-quality standards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Should be able to operate a tow motor.
- If you can troubleshoot issues with tooling and/or equipment as they happen, that is a plus.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Die Setter, in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of die maintenance and machine setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and make timely adjustments.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to be taught.
