Dialysis Warehouse Staff - US Renal Care

SUMMARY

The warehouse is responsible for performing janitorial duties, oversee all issues pertaining to inventory primarily in the clinic setting such as usage, receiving, stocking, and physical counts; in addition to other custodial needs for assigned locations.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.



* Assist with maintenance, inventory, storage, and utilization of inventory items/supplies in accordance with policies, procedures, guidelines, OSHA, AAMI, federal, state, and local regulations.

* Maintain inventory control of supplies daily according to facility needs. Receive stock, verify items received, place stock in appropriate area, break down boxes, document receiving's and item usage by utilizing computerized inventory program as required, place orders for supplies with corporate purchasing agent.

* Maintain floor stock at adequate levels as directed by Administrator.

* Send weekly status reports to Corporate Purchasing.

* Perform accurate monthly physical counts of inventory.

* Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to inventory.

* Keep a clean work environment, including stock room.

* Safely remove bio-hazardous waste per state and local regulation.

* Sweep, clean, and mop facility floors in order to maintain clean appearance.

* Remove waste and replace can liners as needed.

* Replace toiletries (paper towels, kitchen towels, toilet rolls, hand sanitizer, liquid soap, etc.), and kitchen supplies.

* Clean spills as needed to maintain clean and safe facility.

* Responsible for keeping storage area well organized and clean.

* Maintain working knowledge of clean/dirty areas within the facility.

* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements include:



* Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in finance, decision sciences, business or another analytical disciplines strongly preferred.

* Three plus (5+) years XXX experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience a strong plus.

* Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.

* Advanced analytical skills required; Excel
