Dialysis Patient Care Technician-Float - Dialyze Direct

About the Job
Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals on a Monday - Friday (5 day shifts) 40 hour weekly float schedule. Monitor and observe patients throughout treatment, collect and record patient vitals in EMR, monitor inventory, handle machine set-up and work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications
Only certified CHTs and CCHTs with at least 3 months recent dialysis experience. Must have reliable daily transportation, current BLS certification, able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 35 pounds.
