Rate: $70k- $100k
Contract Rate: $57/hr (Contract only on contract to hire after 6 months)

Job Description:
• Associate's degree
• At least 3 years of experience supporting engineering activities and/or automotive or diesel mechanic experience
• Prior hands on automotive/diesel experience working with step based published diagnostics
• System familiarization with International provided systems (both dealer facing and internal content development)
• Microsoft familiarization (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Comprehends dealer facing step-based diagnostics
• Willingness to get to the root cause of the problem
• Willingness to identify problems while also proposing solutions
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, or chat
• Wanting to make a difference and challenge the process
• Being well organized and tracking identified items inside a repository
Possible activities (Focusing on horizon product 2017 Engine EPA and newer);
Review published material letters (AFC's, FSC's, Safety Recalls) to have matched our Manual Engine & Truck/Bus procedures if applicable
Review all MSI materials on 2017+ Engine EPA to check for consistency, accuracy, and gaps (A26's, S13, ZE, 6.6L, PSI, Cummins)
Review all A26, S13, and ZE fault codes that are missing or lead to creating a case file
Review iKNow article content to check for unneeded articles based on the procedure duplication (old iKNow article or incorrect iKNow article) to recommend retirement of conten.
