About the Job
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent education, training, and experience.
Project Overview:
Create CI/CD pipelines in Azure Devops using YAML including templates Creating and structuring Terraform files AWS resources creation with Terraform Ansible Experience for Configuration Management ServiceNow Integration with Azure DevOps and Terraform Testing Azure Devops Integrations including Maven/MuleSoft, OpenShift, ServiceNow Documenting CI/CD Usage Instructions CI/CD Security including SAST, DAST Creating Automated Tests through Azure Devops or other system.
Job Responsibilities:
· Utilize root cause analysis, corrective actions, tactical planning, and strategic planning to address issues, improve response times/methods, and develop long-term investment plans to ensure IT services support the business effectively.
· Act as a coordinator to ensure infrastructure compliance with configurations, patches, and approved designs.
· Actively participate in and lead the change management process to execute changes with minimal impact on service delivery.
· Drive improvements and automation in change processes.
· Provide Tier 3 expert support to IT peers, including on-call duties, shift work, emergency support, vendor coordination, and business coordination on a 24x7 basis.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to various locations away from the primary work site is required.
