ABOUT OUR CLIENT

We are supporting one of our favorite clients on their search to add a DevOps Engineer to their team for a contract. There is a possibility that this role becomes permanent either during or after the contract period.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation: Up to $65/hour
• Duration: 12-month contract
• Location: 100% Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DEVOPS ENGINEER

• Design and implement automated deployment and configuration management systems
• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools
• Manage cloud infrastructure with emphasis on AWS
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance
• Maintain documentation and provide training on DevOps practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE DEVOPS ENGINEER

• 2+ years of DevOps experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools
• AWS certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
