DevSecOps Engineer candidates who are passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering user capability to join the client supporting the Air Force weather community on the Technology Application Development & Sustainment (TADS) contract.

Software Engineers will design, develop, and maintain software systems from science to operations within an empowered, cross-functional team.

Required Qualifications:

• CLEARANCE: Secret
• Bachelors' and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, React, Python
• Experience with Java architecture, design and development, and Spring and Hibernate or equivalent
• Experience with services, including middle tier, microservices, or Web services design, development, and operations
• Experience with Web APIs, including RESTful or JSON design, development, and operations
• Experience with Cloud computing and open source solutions
• Experience with DevOps and delivery pipelines
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Advanced Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems and Administration
• Advanced knowledge of application clustering / load balancing concepts and technologies
• OSS security scanning tools such as OWASP API's a plus.
• Deployment automation (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt)
• ChatOps (HipChat, VictorOps, PagerDuty, Slack)
• Application platforms (OpenShift, Cloud)
• Container/scheduler platforms such as docker, docker enterprise edition, mesosphere, kubernetes or AWS Blox
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Theory of Constraints)
