The DevOps Administrator is responsible for monitoring, installing, configuring, and maintaining tools in the software environment.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

• Assists developers in deployments through administration tasks and working closely with infrastructure teams in cluster builds.
• Works closely with the infrastructure team to proactively monitor and report performance and utilization of all DevOps technologies.
• Troubleshoots software DevOps related software, hardware, and host technologies.
• Manages issues or escalated tickets and tasks, and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners.
• Installs, configures, and manages additional continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools in the environment, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Maven.
• Available for on-call responsibilities, often to troubleshoot issues within the environment and accompanying technologies.
• Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED
• At least six months related experience with Red Hat Linux
• Experience supporting applications running on Docker and Kubernetes
