Development Services Technician (Administrative Services)
Location- Phoenix, AZ
Duration- 5 + Months contract (High Possibility to extend)
Skills Required:
Knowledge of basic grammar, spelling and punctuation. Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and software. Knowledge of cashiering or bookkeeping methods.
skill in operating various computer software including computerized information systems. Ability to quickly learn, all procedures, processes, forms, permits, and fees associated with assigned area.
Ability to review permit applications and requests for special actions for completeness and accuracy, issue appropriate permits, and prepare associated reports and records.
Required:
(2) years'administrative customer support experience in a call center, application intake, regulatory, building trades or permitting environment
Experience Preferred
Experience working in a governmental permitting environment and using automated permit tracking systems. Experience in permitting and construction or building trades code requirements.

High school diploma or GED
