JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate and coordinate the engine software design content and schedule, software feature functionality and quality to enable optimal operation engine systems and processes.
* Execute the software release for Test Cell operations and Field customers
* Plan, coordinate, evaluate and validate Engine Software content with upstream, parallel, and downstream partners.
* Execute Engine Software release process in to meet schedule and cost expectations.
* Investigate Engine Software field defects and coordinate their resolution and validation.
* Continue to improve and document the Engine Software Planning and Releasing process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering required and 5-7 years of relevant work experience
* Basic understanding of Diesel Engine Operation.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports. * Previous experience with to software development and validation
* Must have creativity skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
* Must be a team player and detail oriented
