JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for Product Development (NPI), Creo modeling , Print detailing ,FMEA, DVP&R and APQP
* Responsible for analysis coordination
* Performs Supplier CPPD and Tolerance stack-up
* Performs o-ring calculations and bolted joint analysis
* Responsible for tolerance stack-up, o-ring calculations and bolted joint analysis
* Performs component / system design development according to APQP and NPI program cadence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-5 years of progressive work experience
* 3D modeling/print detailing experience
* Clear understanding of GD&T
* Must have attention to detail
* Strong analytical thinking
* Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes
* Engine/Fuel systems development experience
* Detailing/releasing experience
* Structural FEA experience
* Hydraulic analysis experience
* Product validation experience
