Development Manager Fundraising from TemPositions Group Of Companies

Role is fully on-site in NYC (M-F 9-5pm).  Please note.  

Our client is seeking a Development Manager with Peer to Peer (P2P) Fundraising experience.  The ideal candidate will be strategic minded with the ability to review budgets, expenditures as well as review opportunities for growth (direct mail, community fundraising, target demographics).  Experience needed with donor relations and fundraising events.  Wonderful opportunity to join a non-profit with a strong mission statement.  

Requirements include a bachelors degree.  4 plus years of experience within a nonprofit organization as a Development Manager and ability to lead/mentor/manage a team.  Strong CRM and computer skills are required.  Our client offers strong benefits, PTO, work/life balance along with a stable and collaborative professional environment.
