We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Development Draw Processor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-stakes projects. The role demands excellent communication skills and a knack for managing complex procedures and documents.
Responsibilities:
As a Development Draw Processor, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and reviewing funding packages for various development projects.
2. Ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted accurately and timely.
3. Coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the draw process.
4. Managing and tracking all draw requests and disbursements.
5. Ensuring all draw packages are in compliance with lender requirements and legal regulations.
6. Providing regular updates and reports on the status of draw packages.
7. Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in draw packages.
8. Collaborating with various departments to streamline the draw process.
9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in preparing funding packages.
3. Strong knowledge of procedures related to development draws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
8. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and project management tools.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
