Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.

Create compelling content for newsletters, social media, and press releases.

Manage donor relations and cultivate partnerships.

Oversee grant writing and reporting processes.

Coordinate events to engage stakeholders and promote the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in development and communications.

Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
