The Treatment and Learning Centers in Rockville is seeking to hire a full-time Development Associate. The Development Associate organizes and implements the fundraising activities of TLC with a primary focus on database management and event management. Join us if you would like to be a part of a fun, creative, and supportive team. This position requires occasional evening and/or Saturday work and reports to the Director of Development. This is a hybrid position. EOE

Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years of fundraising database experience.

Salary $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities of the Development Associate:

Maintain and update donor database
Manage gifts by processing online gifts through Online Express
Act as primary organization liaison for all special fundraising and donor recognition events
Create transmittals, gift acknowledgements and weekly and monthly reports
Track RSVPs, vendor information, attendees, revenue and expenses in Excel

Required Experience:

Development Associate job requirements and skills:

Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in non-profit development work
Must have experience and high-level proficiency with Raiser’s Edge (preferred) or other development CRM
Must have Experience with special events coordination

Required Experience:

Must have personal transportation to office, event venues, meetings, and vendors as requested
Experience managing volunteers (preferred)
Experience with graphic design software (preferred)
Experience with Constant Contact (preferred)
