Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 - Talent & Acquisition LLC., d/b/a Stand 8

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to join our team. This senior role focuses on designing and developing modern reporting frameworks and migrating legacy applications to newer technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET, Blazor, and Oracle database management, along with expertise in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment. You will play a key role in enhancing financial systems, integrating databases, and optimizing reporting processes. Your contributions will ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies.
• Lead the migration of legacy applications and reports to the newer framework.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
• Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.
• Develop scalable and high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless database integration using Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline legacy systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Management, Performance Tuning)
• 8+ years of experience with design principles and technical documentation
• 6+ years of experience with .NET 5/6/7/8.0 framework, C#, and Visual Studio
• 6+ years of experience with Entity Framework
• 5+ years of experience with Blazor Server, Blazor WSM
• 5+ years of experience with Bitbucket for version control
• 5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of experience with project-specific tools such as JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $59 - $69/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
