• Collaborate with SAP teams for systems integrations and improvements.
• Utilize MS Visio for process mapping and flowcharts as necessary.
• Conduct and maintain alignment with stakeholders at various levels across the enterprise
• Ensure continuity of project management-related applications by administering their web-based interfaces as well as database-level objects (SQL).
• Ensure IT projects align with the organization's IT enterprise architecture, driving efficiency and scalability across systems and processes.
• Identify and implement process and systems improvements to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and IT governance standards

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of IT enterprise architecture and its role in aligning IT initiatives with organizational strategy.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

• Solid understanding of SQL database management.
• Technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced MS Excel.
• Proficient in SharePoint development and management.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Project, ADO, SAP, Visio, and SQL.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
