About the Job
Description:
- Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects
- Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
- Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
- Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
- Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
- Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
- Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Guidewire Implementation experience from Inception to Implementation phases.
- Experience in explaining complex technology decisions to both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating and developing high trust relationships with frontline and second level management and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop target state architecture using services offered by Guidewire PolicyCenter and cloud and vision to develop the transition architecture.
- Ability to design patterns for moving legacy applications to Guidewire and AWS cloud.
- Hand on experience with Guidewire Cloud platform Configuring Product Models, Entity, Batch process, REST, Web services Integrations, PCF, Gosu script & Rules.
- Experience addressing operational and non-functional concerns (e.G. Scalability, performance, maintainability, load distribution, resilience and recovery, etc.)
- Experience with SAFe framework or other similar agile frameworks.
- Experience with Java, Kafka, Spring, Redis, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Associate Certified in Guidewire PoilicyCenter 10.0
- Hand on experience with Guidewire Cloud platform Configuring Product Models, Entity, Batch proce
- Hand on experience with Guidewire Cloud platform Configuring Product Models, Entity, Batch process, REST, Web services Integrations, PCF, Gosu script & Rules.
- Experience addressing operational and non-functional concerns (e.G. Scalability, performance, maintainability, load distribution, resilience and recovery, etc.)
- Guidwire PolicyCenter implementation for AUTO LOB.
