Required Skills:
1.Desktop Support, win /MAC OS, MS office Suite Custom Apps, VPN, basic Network troubleshooting. Imaging Desktops.
2. Hardware and Software troubleshooting
3. Great Customer facing skills - Softskills
Shift: Day 9 AM - 7 PM
Job summary:
Onsite Standard Desktop Support. Attend to end users at the walk in service desk. Work with existing team members on resolving INC/SR. Asset Returns/ Asset allocation for New hires and leavers etc.
Part of a large team scattered across US 57 team members. Work with them as a single team. Collaborate more on MS teams and keep up to date on what s happening at other site.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
- Complete special projects as requested by Customer.
- Provides technical training to more junior employees.
- Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
- Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds, laptops and scanner devices.
