About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician. The ideal candidate brings proven problem-solving experience and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment. We need individuals who are passionate about customer service and have experience as an advanced Desktop Support Technician.
The role is responsible for Desktop Support, and some AD group policy administration. Candidate should be technical for instance, they should understands how SCCM works i.e., How do you delegate permissions? Have you ever built a SCCM package? What are components of SCCM configuration, etc. The right candidate should know how to move files in SCCM using PowerShell scripts!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. All work is performed with deadlines based on agency priorities.

- Provide, maintain and follow technical documentation
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the following tools/technologies:
Education and/or Experience
Candidates must have 2 years Desktop Support experience.
Senior experience on an Enterprise migration to Windows 11 and Active Directory.

- Image machines with Windows 11, following client procedures.
- Configure machines to meet individual associate needs, including user specific settings and personal software installation.
- Configure and support client applications installed on the laptop fleet.
- Deploy laptop and equipment to new associates.
- Facilitate Laptop and Monitor Refresh.
