Desktop Support Technician at Sharp Decisions

A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to be based in Phoenix, AZ.  The position is 100% onsite.  The project’s duration is 12 months with possible extension. *W2 and Local only.

**Looking for candidates that are skilled in imaging computers, and any experience in Tanium. 

End User Device Replacement Program (EUDR): Our client’s EUDR Program is an annual program focused on replacing business computers that are longer under warranty and approximately 5 to 6 years old.
This program was established to ensure the city has the appropriate technology to meet the requirements of new software and ensure staff can serve customers with efficient and reliable equipment.
During this year, the client will be replacing approximately 2,500 computers.
To accomplish this goal and ensure that day-to-day operations are not impacted, we are looking for 1 to 2 desktop support technicians that have experience executing EUDR plans and addressing technical issues that may arise during the replacement process.
