Responsibilities:
- Provide all levels of desktop support for Windows 7/8/10 workstations.
- Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades and configuration.
- Provide problem diagnosis and resolution for hardware and software problems as required
- Provide Microsoft Office 365 Support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and Outlook for hosted Email)
- Knowledge of centrally managed Symantec Antivirus System
- Train users as needed, especially in the use of enterprise email and group scheduling systems.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
- Provide hosted MS 365 support
- Provide Mobile Device configuration and support
- Provide support for on premise Avaya IP Telephones
- Provide support for hosted IP Telephone
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Desktop Support
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Must have experience in rolling out new user machines
- Must have experience in installing, supporting and using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, remote troubleshooting tools, PC hardware, Networked printers and other PC related hardware
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 experience preferred
- Knowledge of IP and Network connectivity preferred
- CompTIA A+ is a plus
- Must have experience providing both onsite and remote support
- Quick learner with a high degree of common sense and resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to use written communication skills to convey statuses and update documentation.
