Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Creating and resolving Desktop issues For Client employees Onsite and Remote.
- Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference).
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
- Great Customer Service
- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
- ServiceNow Ticketing system experience a plus.
- 12-24 months of Enterprise Desktop Support experience required.
- CompTIA A+ Great to have.
