Rate Range: $25-$28/Hr



Job Description:
Primary day-to-day responsibilities:

• Creating and resolving Desktop issues For Client Employees Onsite and Remote.
• Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
• Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.

• Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
• Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
•  Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool

• Great Customer Service
• Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
• 12 -24 months of experience have in Enterprise Desktop Support.
• CompTIA A+ is good to have but not required.
