Title: Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: 1000 E. GrandDes Moines, IA 50319Interview:- Either Webcam or In Person InterviewIowa Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services(IWD-VRS) is looking for a desktop support technician as part of the IVRS ITHelp Desk. This position will serve IVRS staff by providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 toIVRS staff and leadership. The work includes troubleshooting technical issues,communicating with non-technical users, and escalating issues where appropriate.This position will also assist in installing software, imaging computers, andother related tasks as assigned. This role will work closely with others in IT.Communication will be essential to execute work in a timely manner.1 to 3 years of experience, relies on instructions and pre-establishedguidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediatesupervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercisingindependent judgment, typically reporting to a project leader or manager.
