About the Job
Location:
- Hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
- 3 days a week on-site at the North Richland Hills (NRH) office in Texas
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience
- Minimum of two years experience supporting end user desktop, laptop, operating systems or has served in a similar role another IT-related position
- Proficiency in programs such as Service Now. Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology
- Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives)
- Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
