Desktop Support Technician at Teamware Solutions

Location:

• Hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
• 3 days a week on-site at the North Richland Hills (NRH) office in Texas

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience
• Minimum of two years experience supporting end user desktop, laptop, operating systems or has served in a similar role another IT-related position
• Proficiency in programs such as Service Now. Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology
• Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives)
• Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
