Desktop Support Technician - Latitude, Inc.

About the Job
This is a 6 month contract to hire. The hourly rate is $20-25/hr with the conversion salary being $50-60k/yr. This role is fully on-site for the first couple weeks to complete training, following that training period you will be able to work remote up to twice weekly
Responsibilities:
- Effectively troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware or software systems.
- Provides excellent customer service at all times.
- Communicate to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
- Assess user needs and recommend the best technical solutions
- Document technical support procedures and maintain customer records
- Utilize ticketing system to keep track of all open/closed tickets
- Analyze hardware and software needs
- Recommend changes and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, work experience may be substituted for education
- 1+ year related work experience with Windows and MacOS
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
