Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems

A TEKsystems client is looking for an IT professional to join their Desktop Support team in Anderson, SC. This person would be supporting their office environment and internal employees in a team environment. Will be a combination of phone support and in hands on support. Ideally this person will have 2-4 years of experience troubleshooting Windows and Apple devices and have experience working in a corporate environment on a help desk team building computers, imaging computers, troubleshooting, setups, and phone support. They will be assisting with any PC support or end user needs.

Additional Information

This is slated as a 6 month contract. Extension and full hire are a possibility, but not guaranteed.

Must be in the Anderson, SC area as this position is 100% onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm.

Required Technical Skills

Mac OS Support experience (hardware and software)

ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience

Apple Support experience

Windows OS experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This person must be able to work in a fast pace, business environment. Must have great Customer Service skills!

Candidate should have experience supporting end users remotely over the phone as well as in person/ hands on.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

A+ is preferred.

Experience Level

Intermediate Level (2-4 years of IT Support experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50
