About the Job
Join a dynamic IT team as a full time Desktop Support Specialist, providing crucial 3rd level support in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
- Resolve client-side network and remote access issues.
- Research and resolve software/hardware errors.
- Monitor desktop queue, document cases, and perform audio-visual setups.
- Coordinate with Operations for equipment moves and setups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of desktop experience in professional services.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, MS Office, business applications and desktop and laptop hardware support
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
This is a full-time, hybrid Desktop Support role with an excellent compensation package and room for growth.
