About the Job
Full time Desktop Support Specialist opportunity who willplay a crucial role in maintaining the firm’s technology infrastructure, providing technical assistance to end-users, and contributing to system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for end-user computing issues
- Administer tech support tickets
- Manage hardware and software provisioning
- Assist with maintaining network infrastructure
- Provide after-hours support on rotation
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Desktop Support experience in a professional setting
- Experience with onboarding, Active Directory, Office 365, hardware/software, etc.
- Experience with technology service providers/vendors
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
