Description
Candidates for a systems analyst I position must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as be an effective communicator. Must demonstrate experience with hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and life cycle management. Requirements: • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent College degree. • 3-5 years’ experience. • Good knowledge of Windows desktop products. • Good knowledge of computer hardware. • Ability to work independently and in a small team. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects. • Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work overtime as needed. • Ability to travel to other offices. Responsibilities: • Analyze systems hardware. • Perform ongoing hardware and software installation, upgrades, support, and training. • Provide telephone, e-mail support, training, to both internal and external customers. • Maintain hardware and software inventory databases. • Maintain, create and manage Microsoft SCCM. • Maintain and monitor backup software. • Perform Active Directory tasks. • Assist in maintaining anti-virus and laptop backup software. • Machine deployments (must be able to lift 50lbs). Team of 2 in Oakland. Supporting 90 users in Oakland. Onsite 5 days. Looking for someone open to traveling to Newport & LA – every other month. They use manage engine for ticketing system. Auto Desk or Architectural Software is a nice to have. 3 Month Contract Extendable with the ability to go FTE. 1 & Done Interview – Zoom – 45 Interview with Ben & Michael.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00
