Description
- Experience with help desk or desktop support
- Knowledge of ticketing systems or IT tools
- Familiarity with remote support for sales and service teams
- Ability to quickly resolve issues related to password problems, software installations, and setting up new devices
- Knowledge of server-based imaging applications to properly configure and update laptops
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different systems, including Android and iOS
- Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for approximately 450 end users, with the potential to grow to 600 users
- Collaborate with various IT teams to resolve complex issues
- Assist with PC deployments at the remote facility
- Maintain the server room and ensure systems are running smoothly

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience, potentially with help desk background
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end users and IT teams
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
