Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Desktop Support professional to join our fast-paced technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-tier desktop support to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Leverage your expertise to maintain our systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
3. Collaborate with other IT professionals to troubleshoot complex issues, implement system upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all team members have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support role in the technology industry, with a focus on Desktop Support, Integration, and Troubleshooting.
3. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
4. Strong knowledge of ConnectWise and Windows Servers
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
8. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members at all levels of the organization.
