5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Field Services
Knowledge on SCCM and Intune Server operations
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware
Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair
Familiarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
