Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey (Hybrid 4 days’ a week to office & 1 day remote)
Type: Contract
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform upgrade from Windows 10 to 11.
from Performs general maintenance tasks on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile and other authorized devices
Ability to support Windows environment
Experience with Azure AD, Intune and Windows Autopilot
Experience working on the user side of mobile device management (MDM)
Should have experience supporting office audio & video equipment and conference rooms support.
Prior experience in supporting mobile devices – iPhone, iPad, Android
Experience on ticketing systems for tracking and closure of tickets
Resolve issues desk side, phone and via email
Provide timely communication on resolution status
Performs general maintenance tasks on desktops, laptops, printers and other authorized devices
Should know how to add, modify users in Active Directory
Performs AD password reset and account unlocks
Anti-virus management
Outlook / Office support
