About the Job
Job Description:
- Monitor, support, repair, and maintain computer equipment, perform images on PCs and connect to data and applications servers to troubleshoot.
- Support and perform maintenance on file and application server software, hardware, and monitor network, server, and application performance and availability.
- Address potential systems issues in a proactive manner, resolving problems directly or working closely with support Engineers and other support groups whenever necessary.
- Take support calls and log issues into problem management system. Diagnoses basic hardware and software problems by phone or email.
- Responds to customer inquiries and answers customer's basic questions.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience required.
Additional:
- 100% onsite in NYC office
- Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience)
