Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, server, network, and application problems for end users, both onsite and remote. Recommend and implement corrective solutions as needed.
- Perform desk setups for new hires.
- Prepare and document all devices sent to legal hold for data retention.
- Maintain good working relationships with all customers, providing training as required.
- Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to computer systems, including the installation of replacement screens, hard drives, and RAM.
- Collaborate with Telecom, LAN, and Network technicians and administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing and network environment.
- Document IT-related procedures and processes to improve overall team knowledge.
- Work independently and with the team to develop solutions and manage multiple tasks.
- Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors.
- Receive and promptly respond to incoming calls and/or emails regarding end-user hardware or software problems. Provide timely updates to the customer.
- Document all actions related to calls or projects in the Incident Management platform.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of all End User related hardware.
- Properly handle all equipment and tools, storing as required upon completion of work.
- Provide conference room A/V support involving projectors, TVs, wireless presentation devices, etc.
- Assist with A/V support for Town Hall and large audience events.
- Be available for weekends and after-hours support when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or significant related experience.
- 3 or more years of work experience in IT.
- A+ Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional or other industry certifications preferred.
- Strong experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing computer hardware and software, and coordinating the installation of PC Systems, including application software.
- Working knowledge of networking and communications protocols, MS Windows and macOS support, MS Office.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and network services (DNS & DHCP) is a plus.
- Experience with Zero-Touch hardware deployments.
- Knowledge of A/V technologies including wireless audio equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Solstice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate problems for accurate and timely resolution, observing expectations for service level.
- Works independently and as a positive contributing member of a team, providing training and guidance to lesser-experienced individuals when needed.
- Learns new systems and hardware, as implemented.
- Follow instructions and procedures with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus.

Salary
35 - 45 /hour
