Desktop Support AnalystAtlanta, GAContractJob Summary: Under general supervision for Fulton County Dept. of Health, the supportanalyst assists customers with tier one issues or forwards to second tiersupport for issues beyond their subject matter expertise. Works and communicateswith state employees, internal customers, and/or external customers to provideinformation and services targeted to meet customer expectations. While theintent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budgetrestrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and isanticipated to be renewed July 1st. This position will be 100% onsite(Monday-Friday) at 10 Park Place South SE, Atlanta, GA 30303. Qualifications: •Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university •OR Two years of experience at the lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 or positionequivalent. •Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience thatprovided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfullyperform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-yearbasis. 1-2 professional references from a former IT hiring manager may be requested.
