Job Description:
Role: Sr Service Delivery Engineer
Location: Boston MA, 02110
Technical Skills Primary
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery with a focus on end user support and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Stakeholder Management Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- End User Support Provide technical support to end users resolving issues related to hardware software and network connectivity.
- Service Delivery Oversee the delivery of IT services ensuring they meet the agreed upon service levels and quality standards.
- Incident Management Manage and resolve incidents ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Problem Management Identify and address the root causes of recurring issues to prevent future incidents.
- Change Management Implement and manage changes to IT services ensuring minimal impact on end users.
- Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of IT services and take corrective actions as needed.
- Documentation Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of IT services processes and procedures.
- Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for improving IT services and processes.
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
- ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred
Soft Skills
- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge.
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
